DILEMMA

I am going on a cruise in June and managed to find a dress for the gala evening. It is from my favourite shop Monsoon.

But what shall I make to go with it. I found a pattern in the Yarn Forward magazine for a shawl. I had already got some ivory silk from Yarnsmith to make one, but the colour would not go. So I looked on Yarnsmith and found some yarn in steel. It arrived today and it took 30 minutes to wind into a ball with the help of Poppy my 9 month old kitten.
